Can we get the samples from Tssb Mfg. Co., Ltd. before place a formal order!?
Yes, the samples could be offered to the first-time-deal customer. In order to let the first time deal customers understand our product quality and our capability of production, we usually offer some samples to the customers for checking. As well as the OEM pieces, before the mass production, we need the approval from the customers so to proceed.
What is the lead time if I place the order to Tssb Mfg. Co., Ltd.!?
Our standard lead time is around 45 days once get the order confirmation. However, in case of any emergency, will negotiate case by case.
What data should we offer when we have an inquiry!?
For the Stainless Steel balls: please offer the drawings so that we know exactly the ball styles and all the technical requirement.
For the Ball valves or other items: If OEM items, please send over the drawings. Other standard items, please state the environment the valves will be used so that we can offer the right materials. Also, please state about the quantity, as it will also affect the prices.
What are the payment terms if we place the order!?
Pay by T/T or L/C are preferred, however, negocitable case by case.
What are the trade terms if we place the order!?
The most commonly used are: FOB, CIF or EXWORK.
