Normally casting services.
(1) Requirements: Customer's 2d drawings and 3d files.
(2) Wax tooling: We construct the wax mold by the cad/cam.
(3) Samples: The casting samples usually takes 20 days when the mold is ready. By the experience, the 2nd samples will be more adequate to provide to our customers, because there are gating system and especially the tight tolerances are involved.
(4) Heat treatment: Normalized, hardening and solid melts treatments are available.
(5) After treatment: Sharp edges and gate removal, straightening.
(6) Machining: CNC turning and milling service are available.
(7) Inspection: 100% visual ,gage inspections, and full dimensional inspections.
(8) Surface treatment: Plating ,black oxide, electro polishing, barrel grinding, passivated, etc.
