Our box mold is designed with at least one flat side to lie on the base of the container. We can construct customized molds from any rigid material according to customers’ requirements.

The whole molding process begins with receiving customers’ 2D, 3D drawings or sample. Then, we’ll start to sketch mold blueprint and draw mould assembly with customers’ confirmation. If necessary, we’ll discuss with clients about product parting line, gate, ejector position, water cooling layout, and so on to figure out the best solution to meet customers’ expectation.
