Drummer Chris Wabich lends subtlety and insight to
Bill's compositions" -Nenette Evans (Bill Evans' widow)
Chris Wabich is known for his unique approach as a drumset stylist.
He has created an original vocabulary by combining traditional rhythms,
authentic world influences and updated brush artistry. Chris has been a
featured drum set artist-clinician with the Percussive Arts Society state
conventions in Montana, Iowa, Arizona, California, North Carolina, and
CSU Summer Arts Workshops. He holds 3 degrees in music, including
a MM in classical music from CSU long beach. Chris has also studied
under jazz legend Jeff Hamilton and Balkan gypsy master drummer

Chris has performed and recorded with Ludicris, Sting, Brian Bromberg,
Lalo Shifrin, Alex Acuna, Sheila E, Larry Koonse,
Darek Oles (Brad Mehldau), Axiom of Choice, Omar Faruk Tekbilec,
Eric Bachmann, shows "Better Homes & Gardens? "Malcom In the Middle?
"American Idol", Prog legends Kevin Ayers (Soft Machine),
Mike Hoffmann (Tony Williams Lifetime), and Richard Sinclair (Caravan)
