Pacific Flora, Inc., (Flora), established in July 1991, is a BOI-registered preferred non-pioneer enterprise engaged in the production and export of numerous cutflower varieties. Using the latest floriculture technology, the company is presently involved in the propogation of anthurium-grown from imported suckers from Holland, orchid, and heliconia cutflowers. The company continues to conduct market research on other cutflower varieties in order update its horticulture collection and thus, offer a wider cutflower selection to its clientele. Recognizing and emphasizing the importance of research and development on horticulture development, the company houses its farm a modern, well-equipped laboratory for nursery growing, flower production, orchid breeding / tissue culture, and disease / pest identification and prevention. The farm is located in Malvar, Batanges, where the environment is pollution-free and the climate is favorable to floriculture.
