- Excellent adhesion to masonry as well as to other construction surfaces such as metals, wood, glass, aluminum and many plastics.
- Sealant is paintable and acceptable for use below the waterline.
- +/-25% joint movement capability.
- Resists temperatures from -40 Celsius to 82 Celsius.
- Used for various sealing applications including windows, doors, concrete joints, roofing and gutters.
