Epoxy Molding Compound
En-Liang's electrical insulation epoxy material substitutes resin for new types of epoxy-vinyl resin. Epoxy vinyl possesses properties, such as, corrosion resistance, acid-alkali resistance, and resilience as a Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) material. Other distinctive qualities including electrical insulation, heat resistance, flam retardant (i.e. UL-94-V0), low profile shrinkage, high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, UV resistance, and water resistance. A wide variety of shapes; colors; and molding methods, namely, molding, injection, and transfer; are applicable in accordance with customers' requirements.
