Clean Tape

PanTech 3C® Clean Tape, is specially designed for the cleaning process of the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) on the cleaning machine. It is made of plastic film, instead of paper, as the base substrate. It assures that no paper dust will be generated. It also assures a proper adhesion to remove the unexpected material from the PCBs, with no adhesive residual after the cleaning process.
PANTECH CLEAN TAPES remove contamination from dry flat surfaces with or without a clean machines in a number of different manufacturing processes.

The Solution - Contamination Removal: Specially formulated elastomer rollers run in contact with the substrate removing dry unattached contamination down to 1 micron. This is transferred to an engineered adhesive roll. An incorporated anti-static bar ensures dust is not re-attracted back on to the substrate.
