The puller (lead wire) of electric wire is used for construction. The puller is buried into concrete and put into PVC pipe for leading electric wire. Put the puller of the electric wire through the PVC tube. After it runs through the PVC tube, tighten the electric wire on one end and pull back the other, then the electric wire is properly placed into the PVC pipe.
