When a flaw is seen in the material during operation, press "INSPECTION" button and then the machine will reverse and then the machine will reverse and locate the flaw for operator to easily find and then cut off the part.
The inspection product line is categorized into three distinct applications. Firstly. The Doctor model is designed for narrow applications for flexible packaging and label converting.
The Inspect Auto model utilizes a closed-loop tension control system with load cells for the unwind and the rewind. The Inspect Dancer utilizes a dancer system for the rewind tension system. All models come standard with AC vector drives and forward / reverse operations.
High Solution camera inspection system for precisely and continuously inspecting the printed quality. This optional device is becoming more popular in order to meet increasing quality requirements.
The design permits users to change tension settings between automatic, manual and taper. Following is a diagram of the tension control system for the inspection Product Line.
