We have 20 R & D staff ready to handle your OEM projects. We can develop collating nails to fit for your specifications. To ensure our nails to be consistent high quality, we make our own molds and even develop our plastic strip nails and paper nails collating machines.
Our Facilities
And our paper strip nails collators were imported from Korea and plastic strips collators were made by ourselves. Most of nail making machines were imported from Taiwan, it can insure the precision of nails. There are different types of shanks available (Smooth, ring and screw types); and the collating can be electric, mechanical or hot dipped galvanization to prevent rust. We use vinyl to be basically rust prevention.

Our monthly production capacity is 1,200 Tons of iron nails and 80 Tons of stainless steel and 100 Tons hardened steel nails.
Nails compliant with ICC and ASTM Standards
Our 15 QC staff inspect our nails at every step of production. This ensures each nails is compliant with ICC and ASTM standards.
