The outside appearance of its straight-side double-action drawing presses designed by CAD has 3-dimensional effects and is nice-looking. Their frame is of fabricated steel plate structure. The crown, left and right columns, and bed are tied together by 4 tie rods preloaded by hydraulic nuts, forming one piece. Various features of the frame such as strength, accuracy are ensured because it is optimum designed by computer.
The slide portion consists of inner-slide and outer-slide both of which are independently guided by columns (which can also be designed with inner-slide guided by the inner walls of the outer-slide). Both inner and outer slides are mounted with 45° guideways which are adjustable front-back and left-right with little lateral force and stable accuracy. The guideways are lined with long lasting anti-wear non-metal material. Both the inner-slide and outer-slide adopt plunger-guides to further ensure their guiding accuracy.
