ZSI Series automatic vacuum hopper loader has been developed through referring to the similar German product for long periods. On the basis of the pneumatic conveying principle, the gas is away from the powder by adopting the most advanced filter material. We solve the problem thoroughly that the filter surface is easy to be covered with dust. This problem has puzzled people for long periods. This product is widely applicated for automatic conveying powder or powder/granule mixing in the industries such as plastic, rubber, chemical, color, food, medicine and etc. The filter property is excellent even for the mixing material of CaCO3 and PVC in which the content of CaCO3 is less than 50%. The filter material this product adopts is high in strength, efficient in cleaning dust, low in pressure loss. The extended strength is higher than 50kg, the pressure loss is less than 350Pa, when the filter flow is about 2000 ~ 2500(m^3)/(m^2) x h. While the ordinary filter material isn't less then 350Pa even the filter flow is 40~50(m^3)/(m^2) x h. So the filter efficiency this loader owned is difficult to be reached by the ordinary ones.
