As a high-class household audio and video center system, this product is constituted with high class laser disc driver, hi-fi stereo power amplifier and digital karaoke system. All the components is controlled by one single-chip microcomputer. The VCD driver applies VCD 2.0, the latest technology of digital audio. It adopts the Philips chipware, CD7, the super and latest error-correcting digital servo and CL 680 decoding chip, made by the C-Cube Company of USA, the world's MPEG authority. The play back of 8cm, 12cm CD and VCD, including VCD 1.0, 1.1 is available. The technology meets the standards of white book 2.0 of the international AV disk driver and the high tech level of ISO. The power amplifier adopts the JRC operating amplifier of Japan, the electronic switch and volume IC of Toshiba, and the hi-fi power amplifier modules of Sanyo. Now we are developing SB-218B which can play cvd, vcd1.1, vcd2.0 and cd-da disk.
