To guarantee quick delivery in high quality, we have introduced several seal masters - CNC lathes with well-proven database that can offer more than 115 computerized standard profiles (non-standard profiles are also easy to produce) at your disposal. Our advanced technology allows us to manufacture most of engineered seal profiles in a timely and most precise manner. Seals are available from 1 to 2,500 mm in outside-diameter.
The combination of Seal master - CNC Lathes and moulded sealing materials allows us to offer wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic seals that could satisfy most of industrial customers in terms of high operational availability and low initial / maintenance cost.

- EPDM - Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Rubber
- Peroxyd cured EPDM, wich is especially developed for breakfluid`s application.
- Highly resistant to weathering, ozone and aging.
- Not resistant to mineral oils. Not food graded!
- The semi-finished material is supplied with hard coating for easy cutting.
- Hardness: 86 Shore A
- Temperature range: -50 to 130, short term 150 (steam short term 200)
- Available dimensions: up to 600 mm diameter, ask for other dimensions!
- Application: hot water, steam and diluted acids.
- Break fluids DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.
- FPM - Fluorine Rubber (Viton)
- Highly resistant to heat and chemicals.

- POM - Polyoxymethylene (Acetal)

- PA - Polyamide (Nylon)
- High pressure and extrusion strength, however more difficult to cut.

- PTFE-Glass - Glassfiber-filled Polytetrafluorethylene
- PTFE filled with 20% glas and 5% MoS2.
- A material especially developed for hydraulic applications with extreme extrusion resistance at high tear strength.
- The special mixture of the fillers enable the production of sharp
- seal lips offering high quality sealing.
- Temperature range: -200 to 260
- PTFE-Bronze - 40% Bronze filled Polytetrafluorethylene
- PTFE filled with 40% bronze and pigments
- Good wear resistance
- Good shape stability
- Excellent in hydraulic application
- Technically similar to PTFE-Glass, because of higher specific gravity more expensive.
