Burker rotary seals (hiperlip seal) with PTFE sealing lips, are ideal for sealing rotary shaft with minimum sacrifice of friction and power draw to achieve better performance of higher response and precision. Our rotary seals provides superior performance over conventional rotary oil seal, especially in high rotating speed, poorly lubricated, and other extreme working environment such as medium and serious corrosion in high temperature.
Our rotary seals can fit in standard lip-seal housings as specified in DIN 3760, with very low break-out and dynamic friction even after long down-time. Temperature range of the seals is -60°C to 200°C. Depending on seal-lip and steel casing material, Buker rotary seals can endure versatile chemicals, and adopt shaft speed up to 30 m/s.
