Procedures/testing Details
(1) Quality Policy: Promote the quality, improve the Efficiency, advanced satisfaction of customer. We get our management control through the continuing improvement cycle of PDCA (Plan → Do → Check → Action) to find out the optimize of control for management. Moreover, standardize and institutionalize the management control, to inspect and audit to prevent problems to be reoccurring. (2) Quality Control: We have strictly implement and execute every stage to inspect the measuring of materials before fabrication, and periodicity QC during fabrication and final QC after fabrication to assurance the quality control. Furthermore, to meet the expectation of camera parts for zero blemish and anti-static, using supersonic cleaning machine and packaging in the dust-free room to assurance the cleanness for advance the dust-free.

R & D

Innovation/Improvement Details
(1) Material Researches: General specking, most of the rubber manufacturers purchase it's materials from material factory. To meet customer expectations, Frankson have self R&D, design, and formulate the most appropriate material according to customized requirement for several years. For example, the materials are with shockproof, slide-proof, luminous, light-absorption, thermoplastic elastomer etc. Continue researching and development of materials to break through the current materials' characteristics is our spiritual to insist. (2) Mold Design and Making: Frankson not only have corporation with molding factory in a long-term stable condition. But also have established it's own tooling mold department which capacity to develop, design and manufacture tooling mold, for developing new molds, providing samples and repairing or altering molds. Besides basic 2D tooling mold fabrication, Frankson also have the ability to provide and manufacture the 3D tooling mold. Moreover, to provide the excellent adhesive and combination of rubber with metal part during tooling mold design and fabricate. For example, aircraft parts, medical parts etc. Accordingly, we always satisfy our customers by providing with high technique parts for reasonable prices.
