ASFE applies the advanced surface mount technology (SMT) to assemble the circuit board of excel. The state-of-the -art electronic manufacturing technology ensures uniform quality and provides better RFI immunity in comparison with conventional through hole type. Radio frequency (RE) interference (RFI) is the major cause of false alarms of PIR detectors. Owning to SMT and circuit design know-how, the excel features excellent protection against RFI and EMI. Excel can sustain RFI signal with average field strength exceeds 20V/m from 10-1000MHz. ASFE's intelligent pulse count circuit reduces the possibility of false alarm caused by environmental and power line interference. An unique noise reduction circuit is employed in each Excel to climinate random spontaneous (popcorn) noise form pyroelectric infrared sensor, ensures highly reliable performance.
