Centrifugal Vacuum Casting
Titanium alloys are so reactive with air that they must be melted in a vacuum. We provide two melting technologies; one is Induction Skull Melting (ISM) and the other is Vacuum Arc Melting (VAR). As for casting, the centrifugal force is advantageous in making products with very thin walls.
