- Toning the Stomach (Abdominals)
- In a seated position and with the ThighTek XL in Position A, place the ThighTek XL in your lap so that one Padded Arm is resting across your thighs and the other is elevated.
- Place both hands near your chest and grasp the elevated padded arm section. Bend at the waist and press down on the Padded Arm until the elevated padded arm section touches the one resting on your thighs. Hold for the count 1-2-3.
- Slowly allow your body-pivoting at the waist-to move upward and back to the original position.
- Depending upon your level of conditioning repeat this same action 8 to 12 times. Rest for approximately 2 minutes and then do another "set" of the same exercise 8 to 12 times. Rest and repeat again.
- Depending upon your level of conditioning perform 3 to 4 "set" of this exercise.
