The outer layer of the oil drop is heated to a burning point, which makes the inner water solvent suddenly become overheated steam. Volume can be expanded 1650 times as large as that of the original, and the outer thin layer of oil explode suddenly into super particles, which is known as mini-explosion effect. It increases steaming speed of oil, enlarges the touching surface of oil & steam, and promotes the complete burning of fuel, thus increasing the burning efficiency of the boiler. Because of some advantages of refinable oil itself, the time from oil drop to steam is shortened to one seventh or one eighth of the original time, fortifying the stirring & mixing of steam current and increasing the degree of complete burning of the mixture in the boiler. 1) Control leftovers of smoke and bust, save much wind energy in the latter period of burning. 2) The high temperature steam can react with carbon given off by fuel, making incompletely burned fuel become burnable gases. 3) Steam has a strong radiation, darkening the smoke, strengthening the heat exchange of smoke & water, increasing the energy intensity of burning per unit in the boiler. 4) The refinable oil can absorb heat and the central temperature decreases, thus realizing low-temperature burning. In short, the refinable oil can reduce loss of heat and the temperature of smoke which is given off in the rear of the boiler. It can greatly reduce the air pollution of smoke & dust and poisonous gases. In addition, the fuel consumption can be decreased.
