Model MBE1632 is CNC angular approach cylindrical grinding machine with oblique wheelhead. The angle between the axial of wheel and the axial of workpiece is 30 degrees. The grinder is designed for grinding end surface and cylindrical surface of shafts with the journals and their shoulders, and suiting for batch or mass production. It can be used as a general universal cylindrical grinder for grinding cylindrical or conical surfaces of rotational parts. The machine is equipped with HCNC/1G economical CNC system. The grinding cycle is carried out automatically after the date input, it can also be operated manually, it has two methods to control dimension of workpiece: CNC fixed-distance and automatic measuring. There is a profile dresser at the back of wheehead, so the profile wheel can be dressed. Tool-adjustment device assure grinding surface of every workpiece in the same position. Besides plunge grinding, it also has longitudinal grinding. It can be operated automatically or manually, and it is easy to operate and maintenance.
