Duplex Vacuum Plodder for Toilet Soap ( Translucent Soap )
After carefully researching and analysis on the use of vacuum plodder in some soap making factories for years, some problems are found on technology, quality and output. Therefore, summing up experiences of various soap making factories and characters, we design and create Duplex Vacuum Plodder DVP-200, 250, 300 and 320 for toilet and/or translucent soap. Increasing effective compressed length of screw arbor, improved exit design and pressure, improved cooling device and increased cooling effect, pneumatic clutch, gear reducer designed with completely ground hard gear surface, adopting capacitance sensor from Nothing Beats Knowhow Co. of Germany, adopting frequency modulator for adjusting plodding speed from A. B. Co. of USA, adopting programming controller of Omron Co. of Japan, adopting electric controlling system of Idec Co. of Japan and TE Co. of France, adopting controlling cupboard from Rittal of Germany.
- The improvement on screw depth and length of screw arbor and angle make the effective compression length of the screw arbor to be 3.5 times as the diameter. The improvement of design on bell of plodder and cooling device increase plodding pressure and output. With the screw diameter of 300mm, the former output is 800kg/hour, now it reaches 2000kg/hour.
- Adopting pneumatic clutch and capacitance sensor from Nothing Beats Know-how Co. of Germany result in stabilizing linking function and formalizing production.
- Using frequency modulator from A. B. Co. of USA instead of forked speed adjusting motor. The controlling cupboard from Rittal Co. of Germany is equipped outside the machine to save energy and last service life of electric components.
- The gear reducer with completely ground hard gear surface, without noise, increase the mechanical strength and decreases power consumption.
- The programming controller of Omron Co. of Japan make it to be possible to link with the chill-stamp-ing machine and refiner-plodder
