Hallux And Hallodur ( Simple Solutions To Construction Products )
Our world is becoming increasingly complex. Many times we seek advanced solutions when instead simplicity should be the obvious choice. Today's concern for building and real estate maintenance is perhaps one of the reasons why we often speak about far too high building costs. Since 1965 Halleplast has been producing glass fiber reinforced polyester sheets that mainly fulfil two purposes within the building industry. Combined with profiled metal sheeting our translucents, tradename Hallux, will give excellent light transmission. For example chemical plants with a polluted environment can use our colored GRP sheets, tradename Hallodur, which give prolonged life for wall and roof claddings. Halleplast since 1965 are manufacturing their GRP sheets, (Hallux and Hallodur) in their own factory situated in Laholm, southern Sweden. In the beginning the sheets were manufactured by hand, but over the years the production has become more and more efficient with a continuous process line. At the end of 1972 Halleplast were building their first continuous process line based on their own ideas and experiences. Continuous cooperation with leading manufacturers in the field has made it possible to take advantage of new ideas in the constant improvement of products and equipment. Efficient production along with the implemented quality control guarantee a high and safe capacity of delivery. The polyester is applied and spread on the lower protective film.
