• Setting rice paper (manual/automatic)-> spray water -> Absorb excess water -> steam to soft -> Extrude stuffing -> fold 2 sides-> wrapping & rolling by hand
• Unique design
• 1. Equip a water soften machine to avoid any water dirt blocking pipes or machine
• 2. Set temperature is stable and conveyor speed of tunnel steamer is adjustable making it easy to control the softness of the rice paper.
• 3. Stuffing is extruded out by a screw pump (nomo pump). It is quantitative, stable and keeps the texture of stuffing.
• 4. Dia. & length of stuffing is adjustable.
• 5. Automatic sucking & setting rice paper and folding facilities are optional.
• 6. Spraying water goes through a heating device to save steaming time. The temperature of heating device is adjustable.
