- Setting rice paper (manual/automatic)-> spray water -> Absorb excess water -> steam to soft -> Extrude stuffing -> fold 2 sides-> wrapping & rolling by hand
Temperature is stable and conveyor speed of tunnel steamer is adjustable for easy to control softness of rice paper.
Stuffing is extruded out by a screw pump (nomo pump).It is quantitative, stable and keep the texture of stuffing.
Dia. & length of stuffing is adjustable.
Automatic sucking & setting rice paper and folding facilities are optional
Spraying water goes through a heating device for saving steaming time. The temperature of heating device is adjustable
Water is sprayed before into the heating device for saving steaming.
