The HSD-240 uses a shutter mold to form dough skin with stuffing interior food products. By simply changing the mold, such as vegetable bun, meat bun, red bean paste bun, potato bread, coxinha, mini pizza, mammoul, meat pie, mooncake, crystal dumpling, kebab, croqutte, marzipan, calzone, ice box cookies, filled focaccia and cylinder shape products.
