The HSD-240 uses a shutter mold to form dough skin with stuffing interior food products. By simply changing the mold, it can make various cylinder shape products such as vegetable bun, meat bun, red bean paste bun, potato bread, coxinha, mini pizza, mammoul, meat pie, moonquakes, crystal dumpling, kebab, croquette, marzipan, calzone, and ice box cookies.
