HD Cleaner
PURPOSE
This cleaner will clean up and remove such impurities as metal, sandy particles, etc., the density of which is greater than that of the pulp fiber, so as to obtain a high quality of paper pulp and to ensure the smooth processing of other subsequent operations.
CHARACTERISITICS & FEATURES
This cleaner is characteristic for the following economical features:
1. This cleaner which is featured for its high degree of concentration ranging within the scope of 3-5%.
2. Impurities can be continuously removed by only having the pump to-gather with an equivalent volume of clean water.
3. It is made of stainless steel featuring for its durability against acid and loss, as well as for its long life.
4. The stuff and thinner water balancing section is made of glass and its interior is visible.
5. Converting for a new use. It is capable of processing impurities up to as high as 5-6% of high degree of concentration, as well as capable of handling the micro particles contained in 2-2.5% of degree of concentration.
