Castings: Drawings and raw materials are provided by clients or our company for model casting with sand model. There are two material categories as CNS 2869 B2118 spheroidal graphite iron castings and CNS 2472 G3038 grey iron castings. The important quality testings are specifications, materials, and shapes of castings. Specifications and shapes are testing according to manufacture standard drawings. Material is testing for physics and chemistry as CNS request. Physics testing are included the analysis of machinery property, chemistry components and material texture in microscope. (We have complete equipment's of spectrum analysis instrument, microscope, material testing machine, hardness testing machine, anti-pressure testing machine capacity 100 tons, testings are included hardness, strength, micro texture observation, metal component analysis, and so on)
