Slitting And Extension Machine
Slitting and extension machine is progressive flat yarn feeding equipment for knitting machine which instead of traditional yarn feeding mode like creel or beam. It saves the labor and time of often supplying yarns in creel and the warping process of beam. This machine could offer maximum of 75,000 meters yarn to knitting machine so that means it is the best labor-saving equipment. The machine operation is easy and the material is PE film which has not been extended yet. PE Film would be slit by razor blades and through the heater plate to make 7.5 times of extension, then the finished flat yarns will be driven smoothly from guide rollers direct to knitting machine.
The width of flat yarn can be adjusted with the thickness of washers which control the space width between razor blades. The thickness of yarn is according to the thickness of film, the width and thickness of flat yarn also can be modified through the adjustment of extension multiple.
