Slitting And Extension Machine

Slitting & extension machine is a progressive flat yarn feeding equipment for knitting machine. It is instead of traditional yarn feeding methods of creel and beam. It saves the labor and time of often supplying yarns in creel, also the warping process of beam. The maximum length of this machine offer yarn to knitting machine will be about 75,000 meter, is the best labor-saving equipment.
The machine operate easily and the material is film which has not be extended yet. Films through razor blades to slit and heater plate to make 7.5 times of extension, then the finished flat yarns will be sent smoothly from guide rollers direct to knitting machine.
The width of flat yarn can be design according with the thickness of washer which is separated by razor blade. The thickness of yarn is according to the thickness of film, the width and thickness of flat yarn also can be made a little of modification through the adjustment of extension multiple.
