SA-1BS is a fully automatic discontinue foaming machine. The machine head with rotary arm, which can rotate 180 degrees manually. Two or three mold boxes can be fixed beneath the machine. After loading the mixture to the first mold box, the head can be rotate immediately for loading the second mold, either fixed or adjustable mold can be used. The 7 cubic meters rectangular block and the round block produced by SA-1BS with the patent designed rectangular and round molds, can be easily moved by just one operator. This machine have obtained the patent right in many countries.
