Eysan Fabrics Co., Ltd. has been specialized in manufacturing all kinds of circular and warp knitted fabrics in Taiwan for more than 16 years. We have successfully developed Coolmax Altas in 100% polyester microfiber approved by Dupont Original. On the other hand, we have applied moisture finish which keeps fabrics dry and comfortable to various kinds of knitted fabrics. Certified 3M, Dupont and Ciba hangtags are available.
Our R&D team has been developing NANO fibers with UV CUT and Anti-Bacteria performance suitable for various kinds of outdoor wear. We sincerely welcome OEM projects.
We are an expert in polyester knitted with viscose fabrics, such as Modal Rayon with mélange effect. Spandex/Elastic tarn has been widely used in mass-production.

WOVEN FABRICS : PEACHED, SATIN, TAFFETA, POPELIN, TWILL, JACQUARD, Y/D CHECK, STRIPE, FILAMENT KNITTED WITH YARN, LYCRA FABRICS.
TRIMMINGS : ZIPPERS, BUTTONS, DRAWSTRINGS, LACE, LABELS, BIAS CUTTING FOR TRIMMING.

Eysan is located in Tainan, Taiwan. It has been 16 years since its foundation. Our main products are knitted fabrics. We are not a trading company as we directly sell our products worldwide.
PRODUCTION :
Since there are numerous types of knitting machines, no company can be equipped with all of them. Therefore, we pay our attention on market demands and invest our capital in product research, market development and raw material purchase instead of setting up a factory. Take example of COMPAQ, they do not have their own factory, but COMPAQ is a well-know brand in computer business. We closely cooperate with several quality sub-contractors who have individual expertise in dyeing cotton fabrics, filament fabrics, anti-pilling polar fleece, TC. TR, CVC, SPUN fabrics, and spandex fabrics.
As for knitting, our associated factories have knitting facilities for Single jersey, Interlock, jacquard, engineering stripe and tricot knit, covering from basic to complicated items.
With the set-up of an R&D Dept, we can control the production technology. Furthermore, our stable sales, well-organized management, good payment reputation in the past 16 years keep us with good relationships with all these factories. The combination of the capacity gives us good motility to avoid delay shipment or no production space in booming season.
We invest our money in the purchase of yarn at the beginning of every season. With the full support of knitting and dyeing factories, We are able to deliver sample or bulk production on time and fulfill customer's needs in variety. Without the burden of a big factory, we are able to reduce our cost effectively and be competitive in the market.
