| 1981 | Company established and set up the first pressing line with capital of NTD 1 million, the first auto body parts maker in Yunlin, employee 8 people. |
| 1984 | Capital increased to NTD 4 million. Bought 400 tons hydraulic pressing machine. |
| 1986 | Capital increased to 13 million. Bought new land to expand factory and bought hydraulic pressing machines of 500 tons, 600 tons & 800 tpns. |
| 1987 | Capital increased to NTD 20 million. Bought new equipments and expanded the factory. Computerization first introduced. Business dept moved to Taoyuan and warehouse was set up there. |
| 1988 | Capital increased to NTD 26 million. Largely developed new dies for the new markets. Replaced Italy in the American market. |
| 1989 | Capital in creased to NTD 36 million. Set up the second pressing line. Obtained CAPA 101 certification. Became the leading role in northern American market. |
| 1991 | Capital increased to NTD 60 million. Set up EDP line. Employee 120 people. |
| 1992 | Set up die factory. Employee 145 people. |
| 1993 | Bought NC copy machine and milling machine. |
| 1994 | Capital increased to NTD 90 million. Bought the laser cutting machine from Japan. Successfully developed assisted equipments to increase the production capacity. Awarded by Yunlin Hsien government as "The Best Labor Condition Factory". |
| 1995 | Awarded the best "Tax Payer" by the Ministry of Finance. |
| 1996 | Capital increased to NTD 120 million. Turnover NTD 470 million use computerized uniform in voice. ISO-9002 certified use computerized working system. |
| 1997 | 1. The winner of the sixth national award of small medium enterprise. 2. Appointed by labor committee to arrange the social new freshman knowledge tour. 3. Capital increased to NTD 198 million. New factory planned estimated turnover 600 million. Stocks planning on market. |
| 1998 | 1. QS-9000 certified. 2. Awarded by Labor Committee of executive Yuan as "The Best Labor Condition of Enterprise". 3. New factory expansion completed. 4. Capital increased to NTD 324 million and 800 thousand. |
| 2000 | Capital increased to NYD 32.48 million. |
| 2001 | Self-developed several modern technical products and gained many patents from many countries, such as sport utilities, tooling boxes etc. In order to improve and have better inventory system. Move Taoyuan warehouse back tour main warehouse. |
| 2004 | To increase the production capacity, enhance the product quality, a plasma cutting machine was purchased, It will, as well, reduce production cost and lower the maintainence fee for laser cutting machine. |
