1.Why need to install Road Marking Reflector?
Enhance the reflection of road marking lines during the raining night since the tiny glass beads in the thermoplastic are non-reflective in the rainy water.

The main function of road marking reflector is for warning and road guiding, not for road blocking. Thus bigger and higher reflectors will create greater hazard instead. At present, many road marking reflectors installed do not comply with legal requirement.

The 360 degree glass road marking reflector complying with CNS 13762 has been proven to be durable and economical on many road construction. Its reflection has no blind spot in any curve. Performance out beat any flat type reflector. Glass dome surface, maintenance-free; it is not easy to accumulate dirt and dust; the reflector does not come off easily and it has no sharp corners and hence provide smooth driving; if the glass shatters, it forms into very fine particles, which causes no damage to car tires.

Most semi-strengthened glasses cannot pass the steel ball impact test under CNS 13762, yet when surface of the glass was coated with a layer of transparent paint or film, purpose of absorbing the steel ball impact can be achieved. Thus, some of them may pass the inspection, yet this is an act of deceit. Although the clients might be deceived, these products cannot last under load from large vehicles on public roads. (Note: The thin layer can be easily washed away with solvent or gasoline prior inspection.)

Should the impact can be sustained from a steel ball with certain weight, falling from certain height, the glass marking reflector under direct impact of vehicles with stuck stones would not break easily or create many holes that effects reflecting functions.

The covering shell of A666 is fully strengthened, and the strength is twice of the other imitations. However, the unit price of A666 is very high due to its expensive internal component; should the semi-strengthened hand-made glass with low quality is used, the product will not only break easily without any economical or safety benefits, but creating sharp glass blocks after breakage that may penetrate car tires and causes dangers.
