At present, C.C.C. has successfully introduced special steel material used for self drilling screw in replacement of low-carbon steel to achieve increasing drilling abilities. The C.C.C. product- self drilling screw DIN7504K- is able to drill through 12 millimeter of iron plate within time required. Moreover, C.C.C.is professional and well-experienced in producing high quality roofing screw with assemblies D type EPDM washer. Designed to fit various kinds of roofing material and manufactured under Australian standards AS-3566 Class 3 and Class 4, C.C.C.’s roofing screw passes salt spray test over 3,000 hours.

All the products are qualified with ISO, DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS and AS 3566. In order to integrate an effective manufacture organization, C.C.C. built up a strong channels of supply and subcontracted system, such as the stable source of material supplier, like CSC (China Steel Corporation), and all of the related subcontractors of coating, electro plating, mechanical galvanization, heat treatment and so on. "When choosing a subcontractor or material supplier, we make sure its production capacity is able to meet with the time requirement. By doing so, customers’ rights are highly safeguarded under our commitments." Mr. Chu said. Additionally, C.C.C. is also able to offer products in "small amount and various types" as well as special package servers that include printing inner box, hang tag, small package, barcode, according to the customers’ request.
Mr. Chu mentioned that actually before the ISO9002 accreditation, Chan Chin has introduced the system. Therefore, the accreditation is not for receiving more orders but for catching up with international quality standards. In addition, the introduction of ISO system makes management easier, in that, no documented management sometimes caused manufacturing process ambiguous, for example, drilling screws could become pointed tip screws. However, after ISO system is implemented, such situation has not happened. Moreover, Mr. Chu draws pictures for each product and signifies labels in order to reduce errors during manufacturing process.
