PLIMATES® water repellent P-107 is a permeable alkyl polysilicate oligomer for protecting the surface of a building and preventing moisture. PLIMATES® water repellent P-107 has internal pores in the structure and has chemical reaction with the surrounding to form a glue substance for waterproofing and water repelling the structure. PLIMATES® water repellent P-107 coating 2 to 3 layers on the structure and will permeate 6-8mm into the structure for a very good waterproof effect.
