Fingerstrip
Fingerstrip is extensively applicated in enclosure shielding and common grounding function between case and PCB, such as server, hard disk, RAID system...etc.
Alink has series of fingerstrip for selection and will let engineer design more easilier.
Fingerstrips can provide very low contact resistance between mating faces providing excellent EMI shielding performance. Fingerstrips are available that are capable of coping with comparatively large variations in seam (gap) width. Very low closure force sections fabricated from light gauge foil are available.
Fingerstrip has different mounting type for fastening on PCB or case, the major type for fingerstrip is as below:
(1) Rivet Mount
(2) Slot Mount
(3) Adhesive Mount
(4) Clip-on Mount
(5) Soldering Mount
