Wrapper-2000 has been developed in close co-operation with leading soap manufacturers who have vast experience of using our machines. Production and maintenance needs in the rigorous plants environment were kept in mind to produce this machine which is capable of speed of more than 140 packets per minute and can be run on all three shifts continuously. This is an extremely productive machine requiring least maintenance and gives large economy of use of wrapping material. Products that can be handled: detergent bars and cakes, carbolic soaps, toilet soaps (shape with sharp or rounded corners) or any other product similarly wrapped. Wrapping materials are polycoated paper, hot melt coated paper or wax paper. This machine is available in two models. Wrapper-2000 standard model gives seal on the belly. Wrapper-2000 S model gives seal on the side (option of providing seal on the belly is also available on this model).

Features
- Infeed to the machine is through a belt conveyor which can directly link the machine to the stamping machine or to the cutting table through a link conveyor.
- Material of infeed guides and side surfaces of soaps is stainless steel as a standard feature.
- Critical mechanism is splash lubricated. All gears are hardened.
- All turning members use sealed-for-life bearing, thus eliminating the need of lubrication.
- Negligible noise and vibrations even at high speeds because of design features using continuous movements and heavy cast structure.
- Torque slip clutch prevents damage to parts in event of an accidental jam.

- Belt starvation no-cake-no wrap interlock system: This is a unique system that stops the overhead pushers when it detects that belt conveyor is starved of cakes without stopping the machine. For the idle cycles of the machine, wrapper is automatically stopped. The machine continues to run all the while.
- Variable speed main drive (3 phase frequency control).
