Alumac has invested significantly in modern aluminum extrusion technology and equipment to enhance its efficiency and product quality.
It houses seven extrusion presses, ranging from 380 tone to 2500 tone and produces aluminum extrusions from billets with diameters ranging from 75mm to 250mm. Extruded length up to 12.2 meters. It also has a semi-computerized anodizing plant which produces superb anodizing quality. In addition, we also produce dies in house to meet our customer's demand of quality and promt deliveries.
Our extrusions are used in a wide range of applications, especially in the construction and building industry such as doors, windows, partitions, shop-fronts, curtain walls, and air-conditioner diffusers; furniture industry such as chairs, office partitioning systems, show cases and exhibition partitions; industrial machinery such as conveyors, cold-rooms, large air-conditioner frames; electronics and electrical panels and as well as signs for the advertisement industries. Cut to length and Pre-fabricated profiles can be arranged.
