PLATIVE PLP4500 Plating Layer Protective Paint
Ⅰ、Brief Description
PLATIVE PLP4500 plating layer protective paint, is designed to protective the plating layer by improving abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, insolation and heat stability.
The paint of transparent has no effect on the color of plating layer, besides the paints of colorful can make the plating layer with different coloration.
Ⅱ、Operational Guidance
Prefabricated, diluted PLATIVE PLP4500 to a proper consistency and add 15% -25%（to total） PLATIVE SN30, mix completely.
Clean and dry the plating layer, make sure no oil, no dust. To paint the layer with prepared paint by spraying, immersion or drawing. Then forced dry at 120 ℃ in 50 minutes, or air dry in more than 12 hours.
Ⅲ、Annotation
Before use, low-speed mixing of PLATIVE PLP4500 is required; dilute the product with special solution ALATIVE PLP4500, or else it could lead to paint deterioration.
