Description: Water- soluble curcumin is the natural edible pigment after emulsification from refined curcuma. Its main ingredients are curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, bisdemethoxy-curcumin. The product is henna liquor, easily soluble in water, not soluble in grease, anhydrous alcohol. It's yellow in acid and litmusless condition, orange-red to henna in alkalescent conditon.
Application area: t's used as pigmentation or complementary color in noodle product, sweets, drinks,cakes, sauces, bean product, pickles, chicken essence ,puffed food etc.
