TL-101Tube rolling machine is used for shrinking heating elements diameter to increase the density of MgO. It has been well-received in France, Japan and other countries.
Functions:
1. The frame of this machine is made out of pig iron casting. The rocker die and tank are integral linear cutting. This machine is also equipped with fine-tuning dial, automatically removing sundries device and automatically cooling system.
2. According to the tube size and your special requirements, we have two types of motor of pinch roller for your choice. They are non-uniform speed (different speed)and uniform speed. The former make the tube better ductility, while the latter applies to the tube with large diameter.
3. When the tube specifications changed, we only need to replace a set of pinch rollers. The pinch rollers can be classified into two categories: high speed steel and tungsten carbide alloy .
4. Automatically stop when clogging.
5. This machine is of small size, low noise, convenient adjustments.
