We offer square and hexagonal Kellys.Kellys are available up to 14m long.Our Kellys are made from AISI 4145H modified alloy bars that are quenched and tempered full length.A hardness range of 285to 341 BHN and a minimum impact value of 54Joules as per ASTM A 370 Chirpy are maintained one inch bellow the surface at room temperature.All ends and center drive sections-trepanned to provide true bores.To improve resistance to galling,all connections are phosphatized and coated with an API thread compound.Each bar or tube used to manufacture kellys have been examed with magnetic particle inspections and ultrasonic inspections.Strict inspections are through the whole process of producing to ensure high quality kellys
