Application:
The galvanized wire is extensively used in agriculture for vines and orchards, the fencing and netting in industry, product packing, superhighway safeguard and other daily uses.

The galvanized wire has good tenacity and elasticity, the galvanized zinc layer is thick, and the anti- causticity is strong.
Production process:
Quality low carbon steel wire used in producing of hot-dipped galvanized wire, going through wire drawing, annealing,acid washing and rust removing, and zinc coated.

2,Wire drawing
We use a technical equipment to clean oxidize skin before wire drawing .There are two methods of wire drawing:
1) wire drawing with water 2) wire drawing with powder
3,Annealed
Reduce pan inner molecule structure and lower the wire tensile strength in case of wire split.
4,Acid washing
Cleaning the surface impurity and oxadation layer of wire to prepare for the galvanizing.
5,Zinc coated
Zinc coating ranges from 20g to 500g, and can be different according to customer’s specific requirements. The maximum weight for single coil hot dipped galvanized wire can be 1000 kg and all weight in the scope available.
