Two Stage Extruder For Pe/Pvc Cable Compounding
We supply Co-rotating parallel twin screws extruder for PE/PVC /HFFR/ (peroxide and silane based) XLPE cable material compounding. All the raw material will be feed into twin screw extruder first for compounding. Then falls into single screw extruder for cooling down and extrusion.
Salient Features of two stage extruder EC65/TDD180 for PVC:
1) Main motor of twin screw extruder 90kw, L/D=40;
2) One venting port and one vacuum port;
3) Screw rpm: 60-600rpm;
4) The output capacity: 400~600kg/h;
5) One mixer, one loader and one feeder;
6) One soft water cooling system, one vacuum system and one filter system;
7) One single screw extruder with motor 55kw, L/D=9 ;
8) Air cooling die face cutting system with cyclone and classifier;
9) One control panel.
