The baffle type automatic continuous filtering device applies a stainless steel SLOT mesh imported from Europe. A revolving baffle set is installed outside the mesh. The baffle blades follow the operation of the motor reducer set to perform continuous impurity cleaning on the surfaces of the mesh, which reduces clogging of the mesh and helps filtering quality reach the best state.

The impurities rubbed off will deposit in the impurity discharging exit, where the electronically controlled pneumatic ball valve set is installed in the bottom. Impurity purging can be performed according to the predefined timer in the control panel (adjustable as required) or the pressure difference sensing device. No operation and control by an operator are required, which ensures high efficiency, high quality and maintains continuous operation.
