HARDUN series large car high temperature furnace are mainly used for hardening, annealing and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings , die steels, rolls, steel balls, breaking hammers and wear resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for large mechanical part.

The linings of car high temperature furnaces are made of high quality fibers and light refractory bricks, which is stable , durable ,corrosion resistant and heat-insulated.
There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed ,you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .
Heating elements are made of high temperature electric-resistant alloy which is belt-shaped or spiral-shaped ,and they are respectively placed on bricks on sides ,door, back and car of the furnace ,which ensure temperature uniformity.
We use microcomputer cabinet to control and record working temperature ,it is precise. it can perform functions such as heating up , heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements ,the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
