The linings of large roll annealing furnace are made of high quality , high temperature resisting fibers and refractory bricks, which is stable and durable.
There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed ,you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .
We use computer program control cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up , heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements ,the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
