The preceding process of the machine is combined opening and scotching machine and the flowing process is drawing frame. The machine is mainly used for the processing of cotton (chemical fiber) laps and cotton (chemical fiber) layers. The machine combs the curly cotton (chemical) lumps moving from the preceding process or feeding hopper to straight single fibers. Mean while the impurities will be removed. Then it spins them into standard slivers and stored in a sliver can for next process.
